Galson Sciences Ltd (GSL) is pleased to announce that it has again been awarded a contract under Lot 2 of the LLW Repository Ltd’s Environmental Safety Case (ESC) Support Framework. The new contract will run for four years and is intended to provide general professional services to support LLW Repository Ltd’s ESC Team in fulfilling its obligations and undertaking its forward work programme culminating in the next ESC submission due in 2026. We have assembled a multidisciplinary team of specialist contractors with cross-sector experience. The GSL-led team includes Frazer-Nash, Hydrock, VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, British Geological Survey, Mott MacDonald, and Egis.
GSL played a key role in the development of the previous ESC submission in 2011, and we look forward to collaborating with our partners, LLW Repository Ltd, and its stakeholders in this framework to support the next update of the ESC.
